Please note that we will only consider refunds after 21 days of purchase if they are found to be faulty and only after they have been inspected and tested for any fault.
If the product is found to be faulty, the money will be returned to you within a period not exceeding 30 days from the receipt of the returned goods sent by you.
Please make sure you contact us before returning any item so we can resolve any issues. Many apparent defects may simply be due to ignorance of the new product.
In the case of a request for a refund after 14 days from the purchase, this is handled as part of the standard complaint procedure according to the law.
